Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I wanted to try something different, and I was craving the taste of some Asian Stir-fry. My hubby wanted beef, so I decided to create a Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry for dinner. You can use this same recipe for chicken, shrimp, or just vegetables. The most time consuming part is cutting up the veggies, but the entire process is really easy and quick. Instead of ordering Chinese take-out, try making this easy recipe for lunch or dinner at home. 

Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry

4 Servings


1 – 2 packs of thinly sliced beef (fat removed)

1/4 cups Teriyaki sauce

1/4 cup Oyster sauce

1/2 chopped onion

1 clove of chopped garlic/ginger


1/4 White Cabbage – cut

1 Broccoli Crown top – cut (remove stem)

4 large mushrooms – sliced

1/2 Carrot – thinly sliced (optional)

2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce and sesame seeds (optional)

Cayenne pepper (optional — to add some spice)


Coat a frying pan/wok with olive oil. Add thinly sliced fresh beef and cook for a few minutes on medium heat. Add seasonings, onion, garlic/ginger and *Teriyaki sauce. Stir and cook for another few minutes until the beef is brown. (Cook for just 5-10 minutes). Turn off heat and cover. 

*Go light on the sauce and salt if needed
In a separate pan, add olive oil, veggies, seasonings and Oyster Sauce —- in that order. Stir and Cook on medium heat for a few minutes (5-10 minutes) until veggies are cooked. 
Mix cooked veggies with beef strips and cook for another few minutes (5-10 minutes). Taste and add more sauce or water as needed. Top with soy sauce and sesame seeds if you wish. Serve with white rice or fried rice.

That’s it!!! The entire cooking process is just 15 minutes. Prep time is also 15 minutes. You can make this meal easily in just 30 minutes. Buy pre-sliced and pre-cut veggies to save time. And — careful with the salt. Use less salt and sauce if needed. 🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍
For fried rice: Use the same chopped veggies — cook veggies on med – high heat in a separate pan with olive oil. Add 1-2 cracked eggs and stir. Add 4 cups of cooked white rice and soy sauce/seasonings. Continue to stir and cook on medium heat until rice is completely cooked and fried. Enjoy!!!!! 🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍
